We are open for 39 weeks’ term time per year.
We are closed for Local Education Authority School Holidays.
We are open for 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, with a hot lunch being offered.
The Wednesday afternoon session is exclusively for age 4+ children to ensure they are ‘school ready’.
Our Moring Sessions run from 9:15am – 12:15pm
Our Afternoon Sessions run from 12:15pm – 3:00pm
We provide care and education for young children between the ages of 2 years and school age.
Fees
A one-off registration fee of £25 for all unfunded children, payable by parents/carers for new starters.
Current fees are:
£17.50 am session
£16.50 pm session
These fees include a healthy snack in the morning and fruit in the afternoon.
Lunchtime
As part of our afternoon and all-day sessions, we offer a healthy hot lunch for £3.20, menus are sent out at the start of each half-term. Alternatively, we invite children to bring a healthy packed lunch with them including a drink.
Childcare Vouchers:
We are members of various different childcare voucher schemes, whereby parents/carers that have access to a scheme can claim tax back on the fees they pay for their child to attend sessions. Please make enquiries if your employer runs a childcare voucher scheme.
We are in receipt of nursery education funding for three and four-year-olds and also, depending on parents situation 2 year old funding is also available.
Where payment to us is applicable, we request that fees are paid monthly.
Payment can be made either by bank transfer or by workplace Nursery Childcare Vouchers.
We will give you all the information needed for you to instruct your bank to pay us by Standing Order, or our Nursery Voucher account details for those who wish to pay using workplace Nursery Childcare Vouchers.
If you wish your child to leave our setting, we ask that you give us at least four weeks’ notice in writing. Fees will continue to be payable for either the four-week notice period or up to the end of the half-term, whichever is the shorter period.
