My daughter started at Openwoodgate in September last year. I was reluctant to leave and anxious about how she would settle. The staff made her very welcome and she thoroughly enjoys her time there. She really looks forward to going especially to PE. I couldn’t wish for a better setting and can’t thank the staff enough for taking great care of my daughter.

My daughter has just completed her 1st half term at Openwoodgate, she absolutely loves it, the staff are excellent and I cant recommend it enough.

We are new to Belper and I researched and visited several childcare settings. Because of covid I was unable to visit Openwoodgate but speaking to the staff on the phone and looking at all the posts they post on Facebook convinced me.

My daughter absolutely loves it, I was initially concerned moving her away from her old friends but she runs in every time we go!

I’m so impressed by all of the creative activities the staff think of and love getting such frequent updates.

They had a fire engine in last week and this was such a memorable experience for the children.

She is always happy to go in the morning, she never complains about going infact she actually cried once when I took her on an inset day and she wasn’t going in

My little boy has been going to Openwoodgate preschool for the last 2 years and he has loved every minute of it.

The ladies are lovely and super enthusiastic. I honestly wouldn’t think twice about sending my youngest when the time is right.

Their curiosity approach is really good as well…the forest school is amazing amongst a huge list of other fun activities they have in place!!
